The folks at the front desk even helped us coordinate our trip home, helping us with finding a train at the time we needed to leave. "Very well situated in the old town. Bit confusing inside as in many levels and although lift available there are still stairs on several levels to reach rooms. There was no kettle or microwave available. The hot drink facility was down two floors in communal kitchen with boiling water tap, which was okay but a room kettle is preferable, especially as the British like their cups of tea! Room a good size, nice toiletries. No washing up liquid or tea towels. Dishwasher only and minimal crockery/...
