"Overall the property was wonderful, decor was amazing and all the staff were very attentive and friendly. One of our rooms didn't drain the shower water properly and it would have been better to have air vents in the bathroom toilet room for ventilation. One of our rooms had a cockroach come into the room also. Despite this, I would still rate as 5 star because the staff dealt with the issue very apologetically. "

"This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. "This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. The bar downstairs, was incredibly beautiful, but unbelievably empty on a Saturday night! I couldn’t for the life of me figure out why. My room was massive! My girlfriend, &. I both showered at the same time in different showers! Which is probably great, if you wait until the last min to get ready in the morning, and are running behind. lol The room also had a Suna, or steam room in it! My room seriously needed to be updated! However, my Tv was huge, & my bed was incredibly soft, & comfortable! The front desk had the kitchen prepare my girlfriend, & I 2 box breakfasts to go! We had breakfast included, but we had to be at the meeting point for our tour to Portofino at 7am the same time breakfast opens at the hotel. Had a great stay at the Westin, just wish my room was updated! "
