"Poor value. No towels in my room; had to ask the night-porter to find some. 10am on Sunday morning: corridors littered with soiled towels my departing memory. Declined £20 for a "continental breakfast on top of £317."

"Great facility with very friendly and helpful staff. We experienced no kssues or noise from being on the services as the hotel is set back. Onsite American dinner style restaurant was used for breakfast and again great staff and food. Only issue was we had an accessible room (requested) and the wet room didnt drain as it should, apparently a known issue that really needs to be sorted as removed ability to use the toilet after a shower unless you had wellies."

"very pleasant stay ,bit annoyed when we arrived and they tryed to charge us twice ,then when pre paid breakfast was delivered he was ask asking my wife for payment again "
