This is a relatively new hotel, but it's service level packs a punch! With over the top customer service, from the GM to the waitress. They never stop improving after feedback was raised. Thanks so much in spite of a young team.

Had an excellent stay at the hotel, which is in the heart of District 1 and very near Ben Thanh Market. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the daily hotel breakfast buffet was top-notch. The pool has a great view and is on the same floor as the gym, which has free weights, treadmills and a cable machine. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and restaurant staff. Overall, a very pleasant stay, will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Saigon :)

Great location in the heart of Saigon; that is what you are paying for. Room was clean and bathroom was very modern. My room was small but on the plus side it was at the back and very quiet considering the location. There is a small self service buffet for breakfast in the lobby, which is a nice touch though I didn’t partake. If you want to use the Onsen you need to book in advance.

Great hotel with fast internet and friendly staff.
The street is a bit laud on the weekend but it is not hotel’s fault, just a central location where a lot starts from early morning. If yoy do not care about noise from 6am, it is an excellent hotel choice. If you want to sleep longer, as for a room on the back of the hotel further from the central street / Opera House.

From the moment I checked in, the staff set the tone - warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. That level of service carried throughout my stay, but one moment really stood out. While I was swimming, the poolside staff quietly placed a glass of ice water by my bench without me even asking. It was a small gesture, yet incredibly thoughtful and indicative of their attention to detail.
Breakfast was easily the highlight. The banh mi pork was one of the best I’ve had in town. For dinner, Square...

Very nice, friendly staff who are helpful and kind. Great location and very central to everything.
No complaints, just note that the Casino no loner operates or exists if you’re selecting this hotel on that basis.

Excellent location that is close to everything. The hotel is clean, and the room is spacious. Also, the breakfast is much better than other hotels in the same area. Highly recommended!

The hotel was small, as expected of boutique hotels in the area. However, room was clean albeit small, necessary amenities available. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Staff were friendly as well. As my flight was late in the evening, the hotel offered me a shower room to freshen up even though it was past my check out period. Really appreciated the kind gesture!
Location was conveniently, located just next to Japantown with lots of eateries. It is also just a stone throw...
