"Everything was good initially until when we checked out. A guy name Sudarna claimed himself is the manage of the resort. He hold my luggage and not let me take, because he said my kid has tore off the toilet curtain. And then when we agreed to settle the bill, when my Grab car is arrive, he talked to the driver in local language then the driver leave immediately. "You can’t go beyond the bungalows which are private and quiet but ask for one not on road side. This is our second visit and the only minor complaint I could say that the pool staff use to walk around offering food and beverage menus but this time we had to go up to the bar to order. This is being very picky, but it was a very nice and appreciated Service that does not seem to exist now. Other than that, we absolutely love this place."
