" Everything was good, except for no availability of amenity goods. I should have checked in advance and brought a toothbrush and a sleeping wear, at least. A phone line to the front desk wasn't there, either, and I wonder if I could do better if I walked down to the desk."

"The room was very clean and the heater/air worked well. I like the motion sensor night light and the electric curtains. The lady that checked us in was very nice. The only two complaints I had were that the bed was very hard and hurt my back. Also, the breakfast buffet was nice but I feel a bit pricey. The continental breakfast room service is not much cheaper."

"Location is wonderful. Close to tube station, within a 10 minute walk we were touring Kensington Palace. Great restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Room was huge, comfortable and clean. Shower was excellent. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Will absolutely stay again when visiting London. "
