"Loved our stay here! If you're looking for a quiet and safe place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of London with a parking garage look no more. I was leery at first as I was reading no elevator (lift) with 9 floors, but it does have 3. We arrived early, and they allowed us to bring our luggage in and kept it for us until we could check in. It is directly across the street from Kensington Gardens and a hop and skip from Kensington Palace. The bus lines stop right there, your minutes from Queensway, and a 15 min walk to Paddington Station. The hotel is clean, with a clean room, and was quiet at night. All staff were friendly and informative. The restaurant wasn’t too bad either with just as nice staff. "

"We had a very comfortable stay. We knew in advance that the room would be cosy as is often the case in this part of London. (I grew up not so far away). The lovely view of the gardens was a bonus. The large lobby was a nice surprise. Breakfast was advertised at one price in the lift and another online so we went elsewhere in the end but would definitely return. Good value!"

"We had a lovely stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms immaculately clean and breakfast very good. The area is quiet and excellent for walking and experiencing London, with easy access to tube stations. "

"Good hotel, great location at a superb price .. comfortable room, and nice breakfast. The only downer was that hotel bar stopped service everyone, including residents at 9pm, just as folks were getting back from dinner.. disappointing .."

"Nothing can beat the location for the price. Near 2 tube stations and we were able to get anywhere we needed. We were in the renovated area and it was done very well. Of course in central London all of the rooms are small, that being said, there was good use of space. Took my Mom and we had 2 twin beds. Nice linens and mattress. Did need a luggage rack in the room. "
