Brilliance Shimao International Plaza

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a self-service laundry room on the first floor and of course reliable Wi-Fi. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly friendly, spoke English, and were always happy to help with anything I needed. Their outstanding service made my stay even more enjoyable. I also noticed that they have a delivery robot that can bring food right to your room. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay here again.

Room was very small. Air conditioning did not work well. Room was very warm. Loud construction every morning woke us up.

I stayed at 2 rooms: 1 basic room on the 9th floor and 1 terrace room on the 14th floor. The rooms are clean and well air-conditioned. The bathroom is also very high tech: the toilet lid opens/closes/flushes automatically, and has a bidet function. I deducted a star because of 3 reasons. It will take some time for the staff to provide a room card, even if you have a room reservation. Likely 10+ minutes. The rooms smelled ok, but the lobby and hallway had a sulfur smell. I also had very little wifi connection while staying in the more expensive terrace room on the 14th(?) floor. I don't remember the exact floor number, but it was the second highest floor. I had to use my own cellular data to browse online. Aside from these, I had a clean and comfortable stay. For those eating at the breakfast buffet, I reccomend trying their tasty xiaolongbao!
