Dining room chairs in very poor condition i.e. leather flaking off. Internal painting poor, looks like it has never been finished probably particularly in the living room.

Little disappointed.
We stayed this property few times, over all this property is little outdated but still very spacious and has balcony and free on-site parking so it is well valued. Although just this time, we had few issue in our room. All the sudden electricity went down and had to wait 2hours till Electritian came and fixed. Bathroom door knob was falling, second room door know was broken. And the sofa material was torn etc. I think they need to go through every room and fix everything first before advertising on the market.

Good stay, limited front desk.
The only thing I don't like and it is becoming a trend is very limited reception hours. I've stayed at a few places now and frankly I don't like it. Otherwise the stay was goo, room was great so the accomodation part if fine.

Great value, very nice rooms. Although finding an acrylic nail on the lounge room floor was a surprise. However, the 2 $5 notes in the laundry lint filter kind of made up for it. I would stay again for sure, overall a quality property!

Nice hotel but location was quite noisy with the traffic and noise outside. Overall nice and central and close to central Brisbane

Great location to access the city and public transport. Good sized appartments. A bit dated, especially the bathrooms. Pool and spar were excellent. Lots of rubbish, alcohol cans, etc. left in the access laneways.

Our airconditioner was broken, toilet did not flush and the kitchen window was hard to open and shut, however the attendant at reception was so very lovely and tried his best to accomodate - bringing a portable air conditioner up to the apartment. Such a lovely man that made it hard to complain and or not be happy. The owners should definitely be looking after him.

We were booked in for 2 nights but left after 1. The rooms were dirty, wifi didn’t work, broken aircon that leaked and saturated the carpet which the cleaners put a white towel down before we arrived, moved the towel before we left and it was black… obviously don’t clean the carpets. Had a pest man turn up to spray the room which we were not advised of. Very poor condition. Very disappointed

The apartment was nice, spacious & clean. Short walk to the city but far enough away that there is free parking around the building for any visitors. There's a convenience store, restaurants & bars on the same street which was very handy.

The apartment was tidy and clean but tired. Beds were comfortable but no air conditioning in the second bedroom was a definate downside. We used a fan pushing air from main lounge into this bedroom. overall kitchen was functional and fridge big enough. TV was way too old and too small. 32’ and 12 years old. Internet was strong. Couches old and rather dated but somewhat comfortable Outside pool area was fantastic. BBQ ok Check in experience wasn’t strong due to not being able to check in until 2pm.

Id never go back, reception had good communication however the apartments need some love, our stay was for 4 days but we left after 2. Walked into the apartment to find some chicks hair still all over the lounge, hair all still in the bath tub, the foldout bed collapsed with my 5 month old on it, the water temp in the shower changes dramatically nearly burnt my baby. The aircon is in the cupboard of the bedroom which looks like the first aircon ever invented its loud and not cold. What do you expect for 3 star accommodation.

Overall reasonable place to stay close to the city. Unit we stayed in was okay but could have done with more thorough clean. Also need to provide more dish detergent to enable guests to maintain dishes and cutlery hygienically. Shouldn’t have to pay for additional detergents for multiple night stays. Some of the appliances did not work appropriately. Bathrooms a little tired and a bit grimy. Overall a pleasant stay just a bit of feedback for future improvements. Management very friendly and accommodating.

Good location, clean and convenient. The booking in process was a complete mess it took 20 minutes to find and process our booking and at one stage it looked like there would be no room available Apparently Expedia didn't even communicate my name to the property.
