Located in a quiet place. There are taxis waiting outside. Wifi was good. Our 2 units of 1 bedroom were upgraded to a 3-bedroom & a 2-bedroom. That was extravagant! Quiet corridor. Quiet surrounding. Far from busy streets outside. Breakfast was good, located on 48th floor with a good view. Gym was located on 48th & 5th floor. Room was equipped with everything we needed. Fuss-free check in and out. Convenient location to a cafe right opposite and other touristy spots nearby. The staff were professional, welcoming and approachable! We were lucky and got upgraded to a room with the city view. Rooms were clean, functional and spacious for our simple luggage. Overall a really pleasant stay, will definitely book this hotel again for future visits!

Had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Proximity to RapidKL public transport is a major plus point. My experience with hotel staff throughout my stay was just right, leaving me to do my own things without intrusion and not been excessively attentive. Continental Breakfast wise, variety is excellent and taste great, kapitan cafe environment was pretty clean and quiet too - only minor point was some of the tables had ants on it during one of the mornings. Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Location walkable from the famous China Town Petaling Street where street foods are abundance and lots of hidden pubs to explore during the night nearby.

We had a lovely stay at EQ, KL. The hotel and the hospitality were outstanding. Spacious rooms and friendly staff at the check in counter. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Our stay as a family of 3 was excellent. The options given to choose the bed type wasn’t sufficient when we had chosen 2 adults & 1 child below 12. End up, my wife and I squeezed into one double bed, and child on the other. The bed and pillow were comfortable. However to win the public over, it will always be nice to have one soft & one firm pillow per bed. There is no mirror inside the room other than inside the toilet. Amazing hotel stay! My group of 8 really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay at the same hotel in future! Super convenient with everything within walking distance. Stayed for 3 nights and did not even managed to walk the whole area! I love the ecofriendly the hotel is with filtered tap in the room so we don't need to waste plastic bottles!
