Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

We were looking for something in the area, and most places listed were like those in the overly commercialised and hyped Genting Highlands resort. But The Chateau was something in another league - for those who want the scenery and the serentiy that you would hope to find in the mountains, well away from the crowds and casinos. Excellent stay, nice bed, update and clean roomms

Beautiful hotel and convenient place. I always use this hotel in KL

Rooms and toilet are clean which important for me.Hilton Inn room and toilet is well clean and neat.I am happy with stay as staff services are very good .Breakfast also good. I will book the Hilton Inn if I comeback to KL. Location also good for shopping and food.It was good stay.

Comfortable stay with family. Near to KLCC and plenty of food options if you decide to stay in. Only downside is the packed daily breakfast. Limited options. Would have been better if buffet spread is available.

Very clean and spacious. Housekeeping done every 3 days. Friendly host. Washer dryer available. Safe location with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Will definitely return.

Proximity to Petronas Tower is a few blocks away, high-end malls is also nearby. The hotel can be rated 5 stars for cleanliness and cheerful/polite staff.

Stayed for 3 notes premium 2 bedrooms very satisfied with the booking

We always book Saujana when we're in the area for work. This stay is as normal, consistently delightful. Upon check-in, we ordered for a morning cab to the airport and upon check-out, i was pleased that the receptionist could greet me by name and direct me to the cab before I said anything.

It's accessible to either pavillion or klcc, by taking the pedestrian bridge. Even though it was raining, we managed to go both places without getting wet. We were upgraded to a bigger room, which is very spacious, just for me and hubby. This is our second time staying here.

Convenience and easy assessable to shopping and eatery

Quiet resort

Berjaya Hills Golf & Country Club is a very good hotel up in the highlands, surrounded by a serene and peaceful jungle. Hotel staff were polite and helpful from the moment we entered the hotel. Room is spacious and super clean, with good shower pressure and heat. Airconditioning is very good and cleaniliness is very good. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berjaya Hills!

Fast check in and service staffs were very friendly. Wide variety of breakfast buffet. Hotel is very near to Shopping malls, just across a bridge.

Decent stay with the host attended to our queries promptly. We stayed one night and enjoying the stay.

Room is clean and staff respond is fast. Easy accessible to food and shopping.
