"Very awkward. In many of the rooms the toilet and shower are only separated by a glass wall. Believe me when I tell you that even though it's frosted glass it is absolutely 100% see-through. No issue if you're a solo traveler but, traveling with my sister it was quite a shock when we entered the room. Luckily, I wasn't the first person to be surprised and they immediately and effortlessly switched us to a room that had walls! Other than that, everything was great about this hotel and the staff was lovely. Thank you for switching our room!"

"The property was close to the Lisbon airport, had shuttle services, and a nice restaurant. The staff were also nice and attentive. The problems are the property itself is older and run down. They need to do some remodeling in the corridors of the rooms; new carpeting and new paint would improve the look and feel of the hotel. This could be extended into the elevators and somewhat into the rooms. I actually felt the rooms were nicer than the corridors."
