"Great location and easy parking. Front desk staff were the best I’ve had in a long time. Good bar and restaurant. Good sized rooms. Only negative would be minimal hot water for a shower otherwise I’ll be staying here again. "

"Check in staff member was excellent. The room was amazing. The breakfast was terrible. Why go to so much trouble making an exceptional stay, then ruin it all by having your guests go to a hall style buffet where the staff are rude, there’s absolute chaos and customer service doesn’t exist. Ruined our stay. Giving 5 stars for the hotel and hotel staff, but 0 stars for the buffet breakfast. "

"We are total hillbillies living for a few days beyond our means. The hotel is so classy, clean and with great views. The bathtub is in front of a western window and we bathed and watched the beautiful Australian sunset. I loved it. The staff was so accommodating. Not one nasty person and the included breakfast kept us from eating till dinner. I loved Australia and staying in Sidney in such a classy place, was a great way to conclude a month of trekking!! "
