10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is well located and quiet. Walking distance to the V&A Museum and Natural History Museum. The welcome note and treats were a nice touch. The bedside lighting controls were great and loved that it included a digital « do not disturb » light for housekeeping. All in all, a really wonderful stay. I look forward to staying at the hotel again soon."
