Gangnam-gu

10/10 Excellent

My 2nd time here & it’s great to be back! Love this super well maintained property, clean & eco friendly. So tranquil & quiet. Sunny the manager gave me a very warm welcome back, adding a nice touch also by giving me a cute little birthday cake! He was my translator in the wine appreciation session & made a difference with his exceptional personalized service which many 5 stars hotels don’t even provide. All the staffs in this property are professional. Prompt service delivery & efficient. ...
