The level of cleaning service was a bit slower than what I expected. I had to wait at the business center (it is cold there because it is connected to the outside) waiting for them to finish but even after an hr of waiting they didn't do anything. Just left the cleaning cart at in front of my room door. The room service food is overprice and really not good.
