Professional caring very hard working, gracious, 100% on the ball, make the whole experience top class. The food the drinks everything was crazy awesome. Kudos to this man and the team that brands this Shangrilla establishment. 2nd highlight was the reception manager on that day Keven who helped us on check in to help us with even our expedia booking converting our stay for 3 people to 2 people as my 80 yo mother in law got sick couldn't come and came up with using his discretion to throw in breakfast with Subbiah's team. we will come back to Jen hotel again when we come back to Penang and hope to see Subbiah again.
