The atmosphere is comfortable and decoration is very beautiful & interesting. 6 of us adults enjoyed and loved every part of our stay but too bad it’s only 2 nights. Will definitely book again if we visit Penang but till then we’ll sing the praises to our friends. "

"Absolutely loved the hotel. Very spacious room was beautifully decorated with textiles from a local shop and other charming and tasteful interiors. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Friendly and attentive owner and staff were always there to help and assist. The only backdrop would be the noises and music sounds from bars nearby at night, but for me this was an acceptable trade-off for the convenient location. During the day, it was quiet and peaceful in general. I hope to come back!"

"There are two wings that are separate hotels with the same name . You may want to choose the old one. No changing room in the other one. However nice swimming pool and restaurant on the 6th floor and professional staff "

"Breakfast was very busy, floor Staff a bit chaotic and the place was dirty. The young staff at Sigi’s were just wonderful, friendly, so pleasant and accomodating but the older staff a bit rude-disappointing to see. Security on grounds were lovely as were the guys in Lobby."
