"After some initial hiccups, Stefania, the manager, put everything right. We were upgraded to a premium suite and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The location is SUPERB. Totally central - we walked EVERYWHERE and yet it's on a tranquil street just steps from Covent Garden. Absolutely unimpeachable location. The staff were outstanding. We had some initial issues but they were sorted out with the utmost care for our needs, and overall everyone did an amazing job serving all our needs. The amenities - in the suites - were great and the beds were supremely comfortable. The bath products were great and we loved the plush oversized and soft towels."

"No signal so you cant get wifi, basic room but super clean, but it would be good to have a shower matt/towel. Dont leave anything in the room as we left a top in there and nobody gets back to you or helps when you call or email"

"The smallest hotel rooms I have ever seen; the room width is the length of the bed plus one foot. They give you a folding chair to seat, if you find the space to spread it"
