They Never provide toilet paper and when I asked again one of the mangers asked the bell boy to through our suite cases on the street. We had to stay because of my surgery and bed rest. Th ceiling fan was about to fall and look at the broken AC. Horrible staff. Very very very BAD

Do not stay here
It was the worst hotel & room I have ever seen. I booked 2 nights but checked out early. Dirty, noisy & dodgey.

Awful hotel!
I was only staying one night here and there was a party going on with extremely loud music on the top floor of the hotel. The sound was travelling throughout the hotel including my room. The room and the bathroom were in a very poor state and there wasn't even any hot water. I raised with the hotel staff and they said hot water would be available in the morning! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

ok, but not satisfactory.
hotel condition is ok, but room i got (Room No. 4005), DTH connection is not working and so TV was not working.Worst thing is hotel staff not even try to resolve it.

Filthy hotel
Luxury hotel .... NOT!! The room hadn’t been properly cleaned ever. The shower didn’t work properly the toilet was gross, there were buts on the floor from the previous guests I shudder to think how unhygienic the bed was, I slept in my clothes because I didn’t want any part of the bed touching me, I gave them to a beggar when I left. It was a stay from hell!!

最悪
自分が泊まった部屋は、カードキーが壊れていて従業員を呼ばないとドアが開かない。 おまけに、ドアを開けるように要求する度にチップを要求してくる始末。 バスルームの匂いもえげつないし、外はクラクションの波でとても寝れません。 ニューデリー駅の近くっていう立地だけでした。

アクセスは良好 写真に騙された
写真の清潔さをみて決定しましたが全然違ってショックでした。アメニティも用意されておらず、タオルもありませんでした。ドライヤーもありません。お湯も夜はでず、朝6時半からでると、あとから知りました。4階に泊まる方は5階がパーティールームになっており夜通し爆音がしますので要注意。ただ、アクセスはかなりいいです。ニューデリー駅も徒歩圏内。食べる場所もコンビニのような買う所も近いです。人通りが昼夜問わずあるので危険を感じることはなかったです。
