"All in all this is the best 4 star hotel in Tijuana and certainly for the price. The rooms are quiet and spacious, the check-in always good. Good location in the Zona Rio for restaurants. Rooms are nice and quiet with a good view. The lounge for breakfast is on the 32nd floor and has a great view of TJ- you can even see the USA."
