There were so many special things waiting for you when you arrive; a glass of wine, fresh fruit, snacks, even fresh cut roses in your room. All of it was done in a professional and caring way. "We had a room on the ground floor facing the alley behind the hotel. Trucks would arrive next to our window in the early morning to unload crates of clean towels, they would roll the crates up against our window and leave them there until hotel staff would push them inside. "

"Very nice location. Bus stop basically on property and promenade was right across the street. Easy walk to pubs and casino but bus was nice to get to the main part of town. Good bar food and nice to have drinks available on property. Used the pool area which was nice. "
