"Overall, I recommend this hotel. The accommodations were clean and provided the needed amenities. We did lose our wifi for about 4 hours. The biggest problem with this is that there are no phones in the rooms. Therefore, the only way to communicate with hotel staff is via WhatsApp. Because of the location, it was very difficult to get a cell phone signal, so this presented minor problems, such as communicating with another cabin and the staff, during our stay. "This is truly a diamond in the rough! The place is run by a lovely family that made us feel very welcome right from the start. Especially if you live/work in Bogota, this is a perfect place to escape and enjoy some time in nature. I recommend highly the french restaurant next door (just bring cash, no Wifi for credit cards) and breakfast in the morning was spectacular. 5 stars!"

"Thought the property is beautiful, it needs lots of maintenance. There were several things broken or not working properly. The property’s main attraction, the sauna and the steam room didn’t work.
