My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great amenities like a humidifier and a cozy bed. The hotel’s location was perfect — close to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions, yet quiet at night. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. "Room condition is brilliant. Always love to stay in Tokyu Stay series which provides laundry machine, utensils and microwave oven in the room. The hot spring at the top level is also awesome. Staff at front desk is very helpful."

"Pretty comfortable stay though the room looks much smaller than images shown from the website for 21 sq m. Hotel is a little bit off the busy shopping belt but it made up by the free bus shuttle service to the Sapporo Station. The electric streetcar stops and subway stop are only a 5-10 mins walk away. Super convenient. We extended our checkout time for a small fee which worked out well for us as we had a late evening flight. "

"We stayed one night coming in from Jozankei Sapporo going to Tokyo . It was literally to the left of the Hakodate train station . 10 min walk to fish market and 5 min bus ride to Hakodate mountain cable cars . Near restaurants . Buffet breakfast was outstanding !!! The onsen was amazing !! It is not tattoo friendly and is connected to the golds gym so it does get crowded even at super late hours 11pm . You get free popsicle inside onsen area as well . My son went into the men side and it was quite busy as well . Traditional tatami room , futon on ground with tiny elevation . Enough space for 3 suitcase and bags . We had 3 person bed set up . Would stay again ! "

"The staff and service were excellent, and the area is a good location. There is parking beside the hotel for 800 yen or Aeon 1000 yen (take the ticket in the hotel front). "

"Wow! I’d give it more stars if I could! The rooms are gorgeous and have lots of space. Comfy beds, great care products too. The breakfast buffet was amazing also-lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. A real treat and the best hotel I stayed at in my 3 weeks in Japan! "
