"This hotel would have been very grand in her day, but is showing her age. The rooms are huge, but room amenities sparse and towels and yukata are old. It’s primarily used for large groups to use the onsen I think, rather than a luxurious stay. The breakfast dining room is large, as is the hotel, but having breakfast with another 200 or 300 people wasn’t all that pleasant. The rooms have no USB charging ports, and power outlets are few and low to the ground.

"The facility is very old. Especially the bathroom at the own room is not clean and comfortable at all. If the hotel wants to continue the business, it is high time to renew the facility. The buffet style dinner was so so. "

Beautiful clean space and comfortable futon beds. Wasn’t expecting that fold out futons had timings, so had to DIY since we wanted to rest after checking in while the whole bed making service starts at 6 pm onwards only. Once all 4 beds are set up there’s no walking space… onsen, the main reason you are staying here, is great. Large spaces and pools, very relaxing!

We booked with both dinner and breakfast. And we are impressed by the spread of food provided. And also the seating was well spread out so you do not feel crowded despite there are a lot of people around. And we even manage to see fox running around just out when we are having our dinner. So remember to grab a window seat.

We got a party of 5 and stayed in a double storey room in the tower building which is spacious and nice.
There are restaurants, amusement park, and other activities available.
we went in summer so there are no skiing; instead we took the gondola to mount Yotei where you will certainly enjoy the beautiful view! Ice cream available at the top too.
We were helped by a Chinese speaker bellhop; can't remember her name but she was friendly and helpful.

A perfect stay. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Room was spacious, comfortable and toilet has tv screen. Kids also had fun at the indoor pools. Will stay there again.

The rooms have excellent view but a bit dusty. Food was good but the same menu everyday, so there’s nothing to look forward to. Rotating meals every 3-4 days would be nice.
