Extremely pleased with my 3 night stay here, everything was perfect! Service was great (especially the valets who were always prompt and courteous), rooms were extremely clean and really spacious, amenities were well stocked (and by L’occitane!), baby cot had a cute design and the view from balcony was of the ocean. Great view, good breakfast spread. Not too crowded.

Though we go as a couple, I find that this resort caters to everyones need. There is a sort-of mini animal area (wont call it zoo though) such as water buffalo in a pond, sheep/lamb?, ducks wandering around an area which is perfect for kids. The cute part is that you can buy the feeds from a vending machine and feed the "always hungry" ducks lol the whole resort is very scenic and has recommended photo shooting area for guests which is always perfect for Asian like me. Very clean. All toiletries, laundry cleaning detergent, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies are top up and in tip top condition.

Felt 100% welcomed and well attended. The building itself is beautiful and you can feel the designer/owner really cared about every little detail to make guest feel comfortable and enjoy the Okinawan beach and hot spring the most. I saw both sunrise and sunset on the rooftop bathing place and Mirabi beach near the hotel. Foods were all good too! Just one downer is the A/C - the wind directly drop into my face while lying down on the bed. Beautiful place and I would go again.

memorable stay.. beautiful beach. just a pity we can't swim due to post typhoon recovery. the breakfast check in was a bit chaotic due to the crowd but once seated, all good. good range of food choice. truly enjoy my stay. will return.

Ticks all the right boxes and helps when we have a room with the perfect view. Struggle to think what else the hotel can do better. Kudos and looking forward to be back for sure!
