Great hotel to stay at while transiting through KL. Is a short walk from KLIA1 or there are little buggies that will take you. The hotel is clean, beds are extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious. If you want to go into KL you can buy a return ticket on the KLI Espres train. Cost about 90, 000 RM but gets you into the city in 30 minutes. The only downside this time at the hotel was that the pool at the hotel was undergoing maintenance and closed at 7:00 p.m. I would definitely stay here...

We just spent 8 nights here over the xmas break. It's a fabulous hotel with great facilities. We particularly loved the beach view we had from our room balcony, where we chilled most evenings pre dinner. The location is great, there is an extensive breakfast buffet & the staff are super helpful & friendly. Highly recommend.

Great hotel for vacation

The hype is true: the suites are amazing. Things went perfect from pick up at arrival, bringing us to a luxury private transport that whisked us to the resort with water and cookies ready in the car. Arrival at the resort and check-in were smooth and professional thanks to the great care taken by the very kind Farhana, as well as later Adie. Fantastic service and love the hotel decor and breakfast

First time staying at this hotel along with my wife and 2 young daughters. Hotel is extremely classy, clean and with excellent service. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Location is super convenient too, with direct access to the IOI Mall which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Super impressed with the hotel and will definitely be back again!

Initially I got a small and hot room which the aircon is not strong enough to cool it. The hotel immediately offer me another better room. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, I have enjoyed the room and services during my stay there.

If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. The Westin is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are modern,clean and comfortable. We loved the bed and slept very well. The food is excellent. We really enjoyed the seafood and the breakfast buffet especially. The staff can't do enough for you and are very approachable. There are a few pools, a lovely pool bar and enough loungers around the place. There was so much to do in Langkawi, we wished we could have stayed longer. We did jet ski, parasail, mangrove tour and cable car.
