"I loved the property but it’s frustrating when we get there early and ready for waterpark since we booked it online (hotel and waterpark) we thought we can go ahead and check in later for the room but they didn’t let us swim until 2pm. “Hotel rule, that’s the front staff said. Anyways, lesson learnt. "

"Very clean hotel, freshly remodeled. Room was spacious. Pool /hot tub area well cared for. This hotel is extremely convenient to the falls, attractions, shopping. Everything is within walking distance. Shopping/attractions start right across the street. The falls are a few minutes wallk, extremely close (couple blccks). The hotel parking lot does fill up and late arrivals have to park down the street. The overflow lot is extremely close (2-3 minute walk) and is visable from the back of the hotel. I would recommend staying at this hotel."

"We've stayed at other hotels in Niagara but this one is the one to beat. The location is the best, with walkability to everything and everything at your finger tips. Also the parking situation is the cherry on top, totally easy and does NOT require a shuttle. To make matters even better, the staff is incredibly sweet, eager to assist and an overall pleasure to chat with. Prime example was the gentleman who helped us with our parking and bags - Dave. He truly made our stay feel personalized and the way he took care of us was top notch. He was attentive to our kids and they weren't antsy while we waited because of his jokes and smiles :) "
