"Location was great and very accessible to a lot of sightseeing and entertainment. I didn't like the $35 "Destination Fee" that Hilton charges. I still don't understand if that was already covered in my booking or something they charged me on top of the booking fee I paid to Expedia. "

"I had a wonderful experience with the service at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect. I was able to sight see in between my work conference! The only complain I have is informing guests about how the "$35" credit works towards eating in the hotel. If you plan to use it for the breakfast buffet for two people, it will only be enough for one person. The manager explained it to me with details and comped one of the meals since I complained to him that I could not justify paying almost $74 for two breakfasts. I was content with the attention to this matter. I would definitely go back! Everyone is so nice and helpful!"

"I love the art deco styling of this classic hotel! You don't see architecture or details like this in newer properties. The staff was wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge desk could not have been nicer or more helpful with suggestions on restaurants, directions, etc. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in NYC."
