"Muy buena ubicación a sólo dos cuadras de la playa, rodeado de todo tipo de comercio y cercano a clubes nocturnos. El wifi pésimo y lo desconectan durante la noche. La chica de la recepción muy simpática, pero el día domingo no apareció nadie de la administración."

"We expected a room with a private balcony but shared a terrace with the owners which felt a bit awkward. Our reservation stated daily room service but it was only cleaned once in five days and bins emptied twice. Windows were very dirty and the air con unit was centrally controlled by the owner. However on a more positive note the owners were very welcoming and friendly and even did a wash for us at no additional cost."

"Place is really a hotel but without food or a restaurant. Office is manned 24-hours per day on the second floor. No one on the ground floor but surveillance cameras pipe up the view to the office. Staff was helpful and friendly and very accommodating in many ways. It is about four short blocks to the beach and esplanade but so are many other hotels in the neighborhood. Commonplace to see other beach-goers coming and going on the sidewalks. "
