"I really enjoyed my stay at the Wookey Hole Hotel. The staff are the stars here without a doubt. Only thing I would say is there only seemed to be one chair in the seating area so not adequate for a twin room meant one of us was either in the hard desk chair or sat on the bed. The other issue was I don't think the rooms were soundproof as stated you could hear everything from the plumbing to the kids in the next room. Despite these small issues everythinh else was perfect clean & comfortable with a great breakfast to set you up for the day & a choice of evening meals including desserts. Also a lovely bar for drinks including teas & coffees."

"Booked at last minute due to being let down by a previous property which had gone into liquidation. Lovely welcome, room small but full of character, breakfast and evening meals for two days very nice and good value. Would definitely return "
