"Room is clean"

"The breakfast was amazing as it is hard to find places open early in Korea, this saved us from having to look for food first thing in the morning. I did think our room previously had pets though as my skin got a bit allergic after 3 days. The hotel is next to the Plaza where parts of Vincenzo was filmed so that was an added perk I wasn’t expecting. The hotel was clean and spacious. "

"The room was clean and staff were very friendly. We reached by 1.30 and the person on reception could see how tired we were that he offered early check in with no payment. The room had all the essentials you need for short stay. "

"Rooms on exec tower are renovated. But dont stay in a room beside the elevator because our room 2377 was right beside the elevator and you can hear the mechanicals coming from the shaft. Also the curtains have so much light coming in from the top part unfortunately. I think for the price it could have offered more honestly"

"Room was fabulous bjt the feaort closes uta reataurants ans stores at 9am. We arrived at 8:30.so after checkin it was 9:05 and we had limited options "

"I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Jeju. The view from our room was completely stunning. We had three side-by-side floor-to-ceiling windows that gave us a view overlooking a large part of Jeju City. The hotel room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel had a ton of dining options, and we really liked all the restaurants we visited. The rooftop pool and hot tubs were great! This hotel was a tremendous value for the money. If I visit Jeju again (which I hope to do), I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautifully managed hotel in a very convenient location. The staff can't do enough for the guests and are widely available, always with a smile. The hotel itself is older than some, but it's carefully maintained. Fast WiFi, great water pressure, big TVs."
