Great reception staff. Room very clean. Parking was easy. Awkward bathroom (low, tiny sink) and the drain wasn't quite as functional as it should be in the shower. Lots of activities available at KDV, which is a short walk across the oval. Many included in the stay. Only recommend that lights are switched on for the footpath until KDV closes at night for safety reasons.

As a handicapped person I had problems getting to surrounding take away food outlets. The restaurant served pizza and pasta. Pizzas are low quality Deserts are not what expected. Expected more from a quality hotel

Always a pleasure to stay here. I would like to see more variety in the restaurant meal selection. They were happy to cater to dietary requirements, but seeing that a lot of the menu was pizza, it would be nice to have it listed rather than asking.

A little out of the way but quiet, excellent staff, restaurant excellent food and staff, room had no kitchen or cooking facilities, clean img staff excellent service, definitely recommend, met peoples from the UK and they commented on the value for money they were really pleased.

Check in staff were helpful. Room was small, bathroom small and tripping hazard with raised flooring at entry to bathroom. Hallway and room very stuffy and warm when we checked in. Room was serviced every day for our 3 day stay. Limited facilities in room, no microwave, tea towel. Room was neat and clean on entry.

One night stay
Amazing location if staying for sports at Carrara, with awesome facilities from the nearby golf course and driving range to access to the gym. Hate the city, but do love staying here, have stayed here numerous times and will continue to. Room is spacious with a top shower and bed

We’ve got family room for our family of 5. When we arrived the sofa bed already make, it’s a plus for us as we don’t need to make the sofa bed ourselves. The showers is smaller than we expected but it serves its purpose. The small kitchen and dining is great. The only thing need to improve is bedside table. We only have 1 small bedside table between the king size beds. It would be great if there is another bed side tables in other side of the bed as we need to put our phones and bag on the floor for charging. The dryer need to improve as our clothes still damp. The housekeeping is good. The petrol station only 1 minutes away. Overall we enjoy our stay in Elite Gold Coast

Stayed Xmas night and had no power due to storm and no back up generators in case of a storm. Had to leave early because power did not come back on. No apologies or refund from Elite

Clean neat, However there was very limited covered parking although there was huge amounts of parking just not under cover. When we stayed the kitchen was closed and the cafe on the grounds was close for renovations . Both oped day after we left

We really enjoyed our stay at Elite! It was very convenient as we were visiting the theme parks which was close to drive to. Really quiet location and the staff were very welcoming and polite! Would definitely stay again!

Not much in the neighborhood without driving. Hotel staff started mowing before 7am and continued with leaf blowing until 8am. And then stopped. Bathroom small but functional. Rooms small but functional. Fast food and restaurants (other than on site) required transport

We wont stay anywhere else !
This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are extremely clean and have all the amenities you would expect when traveling. The hotel manager went out of his way to assist our requirements.

Room incredibly small for over $200 a night. No problem with anything, it's a new building & was this reflected in the room fitout etc. A bit surprised that there was NO breakfast option!! Dinner, however, was excellent - really enjoyable.
