I booked for 7 people $1500 one night we get 2 double beds and 2 fold out lounges. Nothing for the 7 th person. Rang reception they said they would bring us fold up beds never did. The beds were so uncomfortable no water in the room no bar fridge. 2 light blankets for each additional bed. No 24 hr room service place outdated. Staff were awesome though. Bad facilities etc. No discount given for room. Never again

I really liked the hotel’s entrance and the saltwater pool with sand and fish in it. The service was great but the rooms were outdated. The food was not great and very expensive. I don’t mind paying for great food but this wasn’t even good. The buffet breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had in a 5 star hotel.

The pool and pool bar were very nice. We were also recommended the restaurant which was so much fun. The lady who checked us in was lovely (Andrea) and she handled everything throughout our stay. So sweet and great with suggestions.

Pool areas are great, seafood buffet was disappointing, overall restaurant was poor with exception of the Japanese restaurant part was very good. Staff were very polite and helpful, rooms were good with great views
