Hi Bianca, Thank you for your review. When you booked the apartment it was advertised as no wifi. We are at the moment installing wifi. I am sorry it was not available at the time of your stay, but it has been very difficult getting fast internet in this resort and we didn't want to be supplying slow internet to our guests. But as I said, when you booked your apartment 6 months ago it was advertised as No Wifi available. In regards to there only been one parking spot, every apartment in this resort has just one parking spot. For guests that bring more than one car there is parking available in the resort next door for a small fee. I believe they actually do it very cheaply. But unfortunately all owners of apartments in this resort only own one car spot hence that is all we can allocate to the guests. In regards to the bathroom door in the king bedroom been out of order I am not sure what you mean. I have asked Maitenance to go up and have a look this morning though to see if we can work out what you were referring to. Thank you for taking the time to write a review we really appreciate all feedback. We love to get all 5 star reviews and the only way to do that is to take on board all reviews and make sure we are doing everything in our power to address any concerns a guest may have. Thank you for the detailed review. The 2 pools and spa are great in this resort and even the outdoor pool is heated as well. You can't get much more central so it is an ideal location to get to shops and restaurants. The downside of been so central is the extra noise from traffic etc,.,., As everyone wants to stay as central as possible it is quite busy. But we find this resort great as it is directly across the road from the beach and is just far enough away from the night clubs etc,.,. to not have that noise going all night. When you book you get to choose the exact apartment. Just look at the photos of the apartment before you select the one you like, as that is the apartment you will get. 224 is usually our cheapest apartment so does not have as good views as most of the other 3 bedroom apartments. I will send your review to the body corp, who are responsible for the roller door you were talking about. Hopefully they will be able to address your concerns for it. Hi Anonymous, I am sorry you were disappointed with your stay. Your apartment that you chose, was not advertised as having wifi. Unfortunately at this stage the only wifi available in your apartment would be ADSL which is too slow, and we would get too many complaints so we made the decision that until we are able to offer fast internet it is better to not advertise as having it. The apartments however have Foxtel premium so you would have lots of channels to choose from, so I am not sure about that. If you had notified our office that there was a problem with the washing machine or dryer then we would have been up to rectify it. I would love to have looked into this more but unfortunately you have not given me any details to know the dates you stayed, your apartment number etc,. We would like all our guests to be happy, and take any complaints very seriously, so I would have loved to have the opportunity to find out exactly what happened and what we could do better to improve.

Thank you for the review. The apartment you booked was not advertised with Wifi. There is only a handful of apartments in this resort with wifi as some can only have ADSL wifi which is too slow. When they are able to have the faster internet we will connect those apartments as well. We understand internet is important for people so as soon as we can access fast internet for these apartments we will. We just don't want slow internet which is unreliable.

Thanks Shelley. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience that there was a problem with one toilet in the apartment during your stay. It has obviously been fixed but we do apologise for the inconvenience. We will work hard to make sure this doesn't happen again. Usually we order parts of everything in and have spares just in case. But that apartment had its bathroom renovated a year ago and they put in a new toilet system which we didn't have the parts for. My Apologies.

Hi, not sure which apartment etc,., you stayed in as you left an anonymous review, but we usually get excellent reviews especially for our cleaning. In regards to the air conditioners not working we did have one apartment that the air conditioning broke down in over this period and the guests were all moved to another apartment and all forward bookings also moved to other apartments until the owner installed 3 brand new air conditioners so I am a little confused with this comment. But if you have any concerns when staying with us please contact us as soon as possible during your stay and we will always do our best to rectify.
