Kem is super wonderful. She made us feel so special. We went for a staycation to celebrate my husband's birthday. The mini surprise balloons n snacks n small cakes etc were so sweet and thoughtfully planned. From the minute i step in around 8pm , the front desk person was very polite, and we were very interested to upgrade our room to a more elegant rooms displayed. The front desk personnel were kind enuf to show us those rooms that are available physically, and allows us to choose which is to our likings. Service is great and efficient. The checkout staff noticed my dissatisfaction as I was waiting a tad bit long and gave me a box of chocolate upon checkout. Few things to note: AC is motion sensored, it can get hot at night when no motion is detected. Phone network is cut off as soon as you enter the room and am “forced” to use the hotel wifi instead.
