"This was a very nice hotel. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, very polite. I would rate this hotel a 10 on almost everything except I found that the rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The walls and ceiling were dirty the doors were dirty...needs to be wiped down properly especially since this is such a high-end hotel, and the vents and fans are full of dust like they haven't been cleaned for years. I was quite surprised. Also our first night there was a stain on the bed sheets and there was no cleanimg staff to change it so put a make-shift sheet of my own on top of it, but the rooms were very spacious and well laid out. Liked the staff a lot. They were very helpful and professional. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but they have a hotel shuttle to take you to the station which was great. "
