Room was clean and amenities were great - shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap were from Aesop. Even though we experienced an electricity trip, staff were super helpful and resourceful. They were quick to react and ensured we were moved very quickly - all sorted in 30 mins. Bravo! Walking distance to TRX and Pavilion as well. Will def be back.

Ayatt location is good, within walking distance to TRX and Pavilion, we even walk to KLCC. The room we get is a new unit, thus it is clean and tidy. The rooms is spacious and view is outstanding. During new year celebration, we get the full view of fireworks display from TRX to KLCC just from the window of our room.
Unfortunately the housekeeping is terrible. Out of the 4 nights we stay, they only clean once, basically it's not cleaning, they just make the beds and top up water bottle....

This hotel is perfect for relax vacation where you want to feel calm and at peace. The staff was all friendly and helpful with our requests and questions. I will definitely go again there cause the place is convenient. To go to berjaya Times Square is just 5 mins walk and if tale grab car (due to luggage) is 2RM.

Got a room in 42nd Floor with a great view of Exchange 106 building, the tallest building in KL, with last bricks being laid out. Room is spacious and tidy. Room services never replaced toiletries and sometimes even bath towels every day. However, calling the desk will get things done in a whizz. Suana was non-functional on the last day (2/19/2018) when I went in, but swimming pool is maintained nicely. Overall, a pleasant experience with the hotel.

Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread.
Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent.
Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time!
But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

We were lucky and got upgraded to a room with the city view. Rooms were clean, functional and spacious for our simple luggage. Overall a really pleasant stay, will definitely book this hotel again for future visits!
