Room was smelly...equipment broken(sofabed) & dirty...need to pay extra RM 60 for cleaning service...will not stay here again

Teega Suite is different with Teega Resident.
We have family staycation at Teega Suite. But we feel cheated by pictures as the swimming pool we saw in hotels.com nice swimming pool is belongs to Teega Resident not Teega Suite. We can't go Teega Resident swimming pool. We thought there is only one Teega. I was unable to on the aircon at the gym of Teega Suite. Don't have free wifi at this home stay.Not convenient if you don't have car to find food to eat.

Hi dear, sorry for disappointed about the swimming pool. But we checked our photo uploaded for the swimming pool part was exactly the swimming pool of Teega Suites. You may reach us anytime or look for the building security guard for help, we are ready to help. Hope that we have chance to serve you better in the future, Thanks
