For the money you paid it was good, but you should get a better service, which is standard to every hotel. Booking for a double bed room, was given twin bed. Asking for a mobile phone re-charger, was told it has been taken by other costumer. Stated on the flyer provided in the room, that last time to book massage service is 11pm, but when I rang at 10.25, they said it's already closed.
When the staff collected my jacket for laundry I was given a price, but when delivered it I was charged higher price. After talking with the Boss, I was given a new price which is less than the second price but not the same as the original price I was given.
