3 night stay , highly recommended hotel stayed in junior suite as originally booked executive room which was too small if were stuck in room because of rain ,so happy with everything in the room , Also staff very friendly and help with all requests.

Great price, location and honest staffs
It was fine with good price and location! The staffs are honest as we left our cellphone and they kept it for us and gave back to us when we came back.

Nice hotel in the heart of Jakarta
Nice hotel in the heart of Jakarta. Clean and comfortable room. Modern hotel with nice eating area. Nice buffet breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Across the road from Grand Indonesia Mall.

They do not accomodate addition of food,drinks bill to the final room bill which is a bit of concern for a foreign traveller as there is sometimes crunch of IDR a guest may have and needs time for dollars exchange..

It is okay.
The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The breakfast pass as okay. The room is small but clean. The staff lack English speaking capabilities. Overall the hotel was okay. I enjoyed the location most as it was close to Grand Indonesia Mall. I would be on the fence to consider it next time. The wifi was on and off

Hotel dekat dengan thamrin city..grand indonesia..indo maret (kedai runcit)jalan kaki saja.. Layanan staff yg bagus.. Mudah untuk d minta bantuan.. Pelbagai makanan untuk sarapan.. Hotel ini berhadapan dengan Ana Hotel..

Cosy new hotel in a pretty good location
Even though the room was amller than expected, it was considered cosy. I requested for room with window, but they were all taken. Pretty good location with 3 huge malls in front. Wish the shampoo dispenser can work better as each pump comes with only 1 drop. I would need to pump 20 times to wash my hair. Breakfast could be improved as well.

Nice and very conveniently located
Overall everything about this hotel is very good. The staff, hotel room, the location....Ofcourse the rooms are small size but the low room rate makes up for it. Only bad point is the hotel restaurant. The food taste is very average. Although there are several food options around the hotel, but sometimes after a long tiring day, you just want to grab something at the hotel itself. But overall very pleasant stay. The staff at all levels were very polite and helpful

Albero posizionato vicino i migliori centri commerciali di Jakarta. Camera pulita, materasso comodo e ottimi cuscini, Colazione molto varia. WI FI super veloce. Personale gentile e molto cordiale. Mi è piaciuto molto stare in questo albergo.

Hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan
Hotellin hinta-laatusuhde majoituksen osalta oli erinomainen. Kaikkialla oli siistiä ja huone oli mukava. Sijainti loi mahdollisuuden tutustua Jakartaan suhteellisen pienellä vaivalla. Ruoka oli suurin pettymyksemme. Aamiainen ok, muuten kannattaa syödä hotellin ulkopuolella.

価格を考えると掘り出し物です。
価格を考慮すると部屋の清潔さ、サービスは日本国内の７千円前後のビジネスホテルと何ら遜色はありません。ただこればかりはインドネシアの国内事情なのでやむを得ないのですが車の音がうるさいです。徒歩圏に大きなショッピングモールがあり買い物は便利です。１２時チェックアウトとありますが、なぜか１１時３０分頃にチェックアウトを急かす電話がフロントからありました。そしてクローゼット内のハンガーがなぜか上着をかけられるタイプのものだけでパンツをかけられるタイプのものがありませんでした。とはいえ、全体的な従業員の対応も良く、英語でのコミュニケーションは取れます。（日本語は通じません）

첫 날 공항철도에서 내려서 도보로 찾아가서 죽는 줄 알았습니다...돈 좀 내서 택시 타겠어요!ㅋ담번엔! 전반적으로 만족했는데 둘 째날 공사 소리에 잠을 못 잤습니다! 물론 9시 정도였지만 9시 넘어서 까지 자고싶은 사람은 어쩌라는 건지...쩝...마지막날도 공사 또 진행:((( 그거 빼고는 조식 먹을만 하고 좋았습니다. 중심가 mall이랑 가까운 것도 좋음:)
