Good to have some reserved parking lots for hotel guest. Should at least train staff to assist guest to top up Parking App that does not accept international credit card. Because of that I got a RM30 fine for parking in front of the hotel.

Not recommended for more than 2persons or 2nights
Hotel looks near to malls on the map but it's not walking-friendly to the malls as there are no proper walkways or traffic lights to the mall so you will have to walk on grass and jaywalk or will still have to grab everywhere. Room is clean but super small and not soundproof. No space to walk or put out our baggage for more than 1 guest in the double room. Walls are super thin, can hear noise very clearly outside (birds, motorcycles, corridor, next room). Due to lack of ventilation (no windows), room has a musky smell. Had to buy our own room fresheners and also extra toiletries (amount given is too limited). Maybe for a cheap stay for 1 person for 1 night might work.

Searching for the room is like a maze. Interior is spacious (for triple sharing) and looks good but the floor is not so clean. Pillow is too soft. Room is quiet and non-smoking, which we like.

Very clean and basic hotel. Not for light sleepers as you can hear everything from the corridor area and the fire crackers display by people every night, through the whole night.

Location is good only if you are driving, hotel looks new and clean but the toilet looks very old. The toilet bowl cover is not fit and moving, rainfall shower head is not working properly. Overall satisfied . 😌

For the price, it is consider bang for bucks. However don't expect 5 star hotel service and room noise suppression. The only thing I dislike was that the perfume that was sprayed to the room that is kind of quite strong, probably to remove the foul smell left by other guests before me.

Although the room and the bathroom are clean and modern, but the shower water in the bathroom did not drain properly. You can also hear when people above you using the bathroom and toilet in the night. Overall it is still a good stay. The hotel is so near new and huge shopping centre. Thank you Miico staff!!!

The sound proof is really bad, you can hear very clear sound from the room beside, opposite and above your room. Worst still, the room I has was the far end that is near to the main road so its very disturbing to have car zooming past the whole night. For the price, this is the only decent option for budget hotel.

The room was small but clean. Have basic stuff enough for 2 people. Hotel staff was very helpful. Helped us book grab when we could not connect wifi at the lobby.?
