The boss was friendly and the staff helpful. They even had a menu for a nearby food place and helped order food for us so we didn't even have to leave the place for dinner if we were too tired to fo out. The food was good too! I always pick this place as my only choice when deciding to stay in Nusa Bestari.

ok for short stay, location is about 5 km away from amenities
Room is too cram .no place to Bangalore. Only 1 plastic chair and only 23inch tv with only sg n my free channel. Only + is the free WiFi. Not suitable for family,
If this room does not come with windows, it shall be indicated in the specification during room selection. At least, I have my rights not to choose this room or hotel but others. Very disappointed.

Dear Gary, thanks for your feedback. As per Expedia web setting limitation, it do not show "No View" on the website,although our hotel had set "Superior Room" property to No View, we will address this issue to Expedia team immediately. For your info, our hotel has three different room rate, which is Superior, Deluxe, Family room. If you prefer Window view, we recommend you select Deluxe room rather select Superior room. Looking forward your next visit, we believe we can serve you better.
