Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Even is old hotel but still keep high quality and 5star service.

This hotel features a futuristic concept and has very beautiful skyline views of KL, including the Petronas Twin Towers and Merdeka 118. I had a very memorable and comfortable stay, and really appreciated the free suite upgrade. The hotel has a convenient central location, just a walking distance to shopping malls such as Suria KLCC.

Overall is good except that the lift only allows access from basement carpark to lobby but not vice versa, i.e. need to take the stairs from lobby to basement carpark.

It was great. Clean and tidy and outstanding service by the staff. Will definitely come back

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Great stay with family for 3 nights in KL. Five minutes walk to KLCC towers. Quiet room, with floor to ceiling glass window.Safety box is awesome. Not so much storage but the room, beddings is super comfortable and clean. Amazing view from the buffet restaurant (spacious) and bar on the top floor. Breakfast selection is limited but fresh, hot and tasty. They tried to change a bit of the menu every day. I like the best are the variety of fresh bread, coffee makers option if you prefer fancy...

Everything about the hotel was flawless. Had an incredible stay with a superb view of the Petronas Towers. Super convenient to get to KLCC and other shopping areas! It was a restful stay that we enjoyed very much.

Our stay as a family of 3 was excellent. The options given to choose the bed type wasn’t sufficient when we had chosen 2 adults & 1 child below 12. End up, my wife and I squeezed into one double bed, and child on the other. The bed and pillow were comfortable. However to win the public over, it will always be nice to have one soft & one firm pillow per bed. There is no mirror inside the room other than inside the toilet. A very nice location right next to the twin towers. Fantastic roof-top bar with pool, overlooking the twin towers. Fantastic bunch of team, from the check-in team to the customer service by the pool, the conciege and the roof-top bar. Amazing hotel stay! My group of 8 really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay at the same hotel in future! Super convenient with everything within walking distance. Stayed for 3 nights and did not even managed to walk the whole area! I love the ecofriendly the hotel is with filtered tap in the room so we don't need to waste plastic bottles! Highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed 1 night with brother and sister in law. We all had a pleasant suprise after assessing the rooms. They were spacious and clean with bathroom attached to all 3 rooms and an addtional toilet in the living room too. There also 3 balconies, we use it for drying our laundry LOL. Breakfast wasn't that bad but requires addtional variety.

The shower stall is incredibly slippery due to design flaws and flooring used. Also no non slip rubber mat was provided. Stepping out of the shower the cotton floor mat was equally slippery. Do something before something bad happens
