"Overall hotel condition is tolerable. Clean but hot water and toilet door not working. Since I only stay for 1 night it doesn't bother me. Unfortunately I was traveling with my mother and she found it very uncomfortable. Local area was not very suitable for guests with family. Police come knocking on our door (all rooms) for spot check (I guess) and the sudden knocking keep my infant awake and difficult to sleep again."

"The bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location, right near the centre. Staff were friendly and there was a great choice of foods at breakfast. However the lift takes a long time to come and sometimes goes past your floor! "
