"Friendly and polite staff always there to greet you when going out and coming back in, whatever the time! Air con worked well. Was nice having automatic controls for the lights and curtains, and amusing when the robot arrived outside my door with the extra coffee sachets I asked for!! Very convenient location, for the MRT and buses, also walking. Room was perfect for me, storage possibly a little cramped for 2. Shower was powerful and hot. I had a digital door key on my phone which worked well, but you can also have a card key. You need to scan these in the lifts which is a good security feature. Didn’t have breakfast as prefer to go out and find local spots. Lots of places nearby for coffee and eating. Would definitely stay here again. "

The breakfast at Edge was another standout. The quality and variety of the buffet were top-notch, easily one of the best we’ve experienced. Every detail, from the food to the service, was handled with care and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless. The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and made our anniversary feel extra special. In a nutshell, everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Pan Pacific Singapore to anyone looking to spend quality time in one of the best hotels in Singapore."
