"Coming to London I wasn’t sure where to stay as I had quite a few factors to consider. But I cannot recommend this hotel more. They really treat you like royalty. I felt very safe, room was a great size and even got upgraded to a room with a beautiful view. Room service & the fry up was very tasty but there are a million options around if you want them. Kensington is a great area to walk around like a local but quick access to the tourist stops via bus or train if you’re not up for walking."

"The Resident Kensington is well located, close to the Underground, and a lovely hotel. Ayush and his team were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Check in was a breeze and the facilities had everything we needed. The Kensington area is very nice, and The Resident is close to many restaurants. We'll definitely stay at The Resident for future London visits. "
