Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Overall is good except that the lift only allows access from basement carpark to lobby but not vice versa, i.e. need to take the stairs from lobby to basement carpark.

Always stays here for my business trip.

I love the size of this hotel as it's not too big :) on the contrary the room are gigantic and its very comfortable. I give extra point for the ironing board an iron already present in the room, it's very convenient when you are on business. The bed was great and I slept really well. I had been there about 10 years ago, and I'll return for my next trip in Kuala Lumpur.

Wifi in the room a bit weak and aircon a bit noisy. Room is big a pity that bathroom and bedroom are connected via a sliding door which make it very inconvenient as we can see people inside bathing or visiting the Tories and worst only one plug in the bathroom instead of the bedroom. Overall the stay is good and very easy access to mall.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

I stayed for 4 nights here and it was a fantastic time. The pool area was nice and the food was pretty decent. The location was good with many bars and restaurants nearby. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Even is old hotel but still keep high quality and 5star service.

Location walkable from the famous China Town Petaling Street where street foods are abundance and lots of hidden pubs to explore during the night nearby.

Amazing hotel stay! My group of 8 really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay at the same hotel in future! Super convenient with everything within walking distance. Stayed for 3 nights and did not even managed to walk the whole area! I love the ecofriendly the hotel is with filtered tap in the room so we don't need to waste plastic bottles! Highly recommend this hotel!

The shower stall is incredibly slippery due to design flaws and flooring used. Also no non slip rubber mat was provided. Stepping out of the shower the cotton floor mat was equally slippery. Do something before something bad happens

This hotel features a futuristic concept and has very beautiful skyline views of KL, including the Petronas Twin Towers and Merdeka 118. I had a very memorable and comfortable stay, and really appreciated the free suite upgrade. The hotel has a convenient central location, just a walking distance to shopping malls such as Suria KLCC.
