The SkiJapan staff were excellent with arranging our transfer from the airport and even met us at the bus stop late at night, gave us a ride to the property and helped check us in. They also provided welcome snacks which was a great surprise. We truly enjoyed our stay. Location in Lower Hirafu is perfect, walkable to everything but in a quieter part of town.
