"Exceeded our expectations! "

"Spent 8 nights at rhe Royal Park Canvas in Osaka Kitahama area ans had a great experience. The hotel was easy to get to with multiple metro entrances nearby but is far enough away from the really big crowds of people. It's also situated near the river/water so it makes for a nice evening walk. There are lots of cafes, restaurants ans convenience stores nearby as well so lots of options. It's also roughly a 20-30 min walk to Osaka castle and only a 15 min train ride to Dontonburi. Front desk floor is on flr2 and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. There are toiletries on the check in floor so you can definitely save on packing space and leave your toothbrush or hair comb at home. The hotel also has a buffet breakfast for an extra charge and it was pretty delicious. It boasts unlimited coffee, smoothies, yogurt, upon, curry, eggs, bacon and much more. We enjoyed having this as an option in the mornings. Breakfast runs till 10am. Our room was spacious for Japanese standards and had a beautiful rain shower and a deep soaking tub in it. Cleaning was provided daily for the rooms (different from north American practices) and everything was always immaculate. The hotel also has in house laundry, which was a life saver. 600 yen for a wash and dry and availability of the machines can be monitored on your phone in real time (Japan is legit the future). "Great sheets, lots of light in corner room and cozy robes. "

"Me and my family love this hotel. At first, i thought the bedroom was small, but when we saw the bathroom we were amazed. The toilet was in its own closet opposite of the bathroom, it has a bidet and toilet tissue was refilled everyday. The bathroom had two sinks and I love the design of the bath shower and tub, the shower is really spacious. Taking a bath and soaking in the tub after a long day feels really nice. The beds were comfortable and always made. Staff was very polite, helpful, and friendly. They helped my wife when she was confused about using the washing machines. Everything we asked for was done promptly, like taking out the trash or changing the towels. Staff even helped us get a taxi after checking out. The location is great! There's a Lawsons in the building for most the basic needs. Universal Studio Japan was minutes walking distance. The Train station was even closer. The City walk area had plenty of restaurants and shopping choices. Would definitely love to come back here and would recommend staying here. "

"We loved this hotel! We purchased rooms with lounge access…. Totally amazing!!! Breakfast cooked to ordered.. large buffet…. Great place to wrap up the day with a glass of bubbles and a few snacks!!! The location was great.. close to the metro, but very quiet and safe.. The staff was amazing.. highly recommend this hotel!"

"Hotel has many shopping stores. It also has direct access to Umeda Station which has access to many lines. The property has a grocery store and McDonalds on the basement floor, many different restaurant/food options between floor 2-8, and also a Daiso. It has a shared laundry facility with a washer/dryer combo for 700 yen per load. Very convenient location."

"We are happy with the size of the room which is much bigger than the ones in Kyoto and Tokyo. The Osaka station is about 5 minute walk and there are a plenty of restaurants in the area. Lawson (the convenience store is next the hotel where you can get drinks, snacks and breakfast. "
