"Room was clean with 4 beds like we had asked for since we were traveling with our college going kids. We couldn’t adjust the AC temperature in the room only the fan speed. Not defective, this was by design. Breakfast was good. Free transport to and from the airport was good. Lines waiting to get back to Narita were long but they managed well."

"The property is actually beautiful the grounds were immaculate. The rooms were big and spacious for our luggage. We ate at Serena restaurant the first night for the seafood buffet festival the food was good and a bit pricey for my taste. The bathroom was big, it was dated it reminded me of the bathroom I had growing up in the 80s but the important part was it was spotless and that’s all that matters. We also went to the bar on the 11th floor and it was beautiful a nice place to relax and have a drink. Loved that they had a Lawsons that was open 24hrs at the hotel. I definitely would stay here again if in the area. Also they have a shuttle to take you to the mall or you can use a taxi nothing was in walking distance at this hotel"

"We enjoyed the hotel and resort. We came to watch a baseball game and the location was very convenient. We stored our luggage before check-in and after check out providing us time to explore the area. We were surprised that the shops were only open from the afternoon. Tattoos are not allowed in the public bath, unless you have a smaller one and cover it with a seal, available at the front. The staff were kind and helpful with ok knowledge of the area. They were unaware of the Monday closure of the nearby garden they recommended we visit. It is too bad there is no where we could enjoy the sunset on the bay without going to a restaurant. We found the Asian Sagar restaurant overpriced and not very good, don’t go! We enjoyed breakfast included and lunch at momo restaurant. we will definitely visit again, thank you."

"The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you like a soft bed, you may have trouble sleeping as the bed was pretty firm. It was great that breakfast was included. They even serve a light meal from 5:30 in the morning for those jet-lagged! "
